MBAS Victorian & Tasmanian Blues Music Awards

MBAS “Victorian/Tasmanian Blues Music Awards” are held each year for blues artists who have a commercial CD released between 30th June the previous year and the 1st July in the present year.

  The winner of “Album of the Year” has the opportunity to have their CD sent to The Blues Foundation who also have a “Best self Produced CD” award coinciding with the IBC each year.

MBAS Presents Victorian/Tasmanian Blues Music Awards.

If you have a commercially released CD, released between 1sy July 2007 and 30th June 2008 and are Victorian (Australia)

You are eligible to enter, download the nomination forms and send CDs to MBAS PO Box 1249 St Kilda South Vic 3182 by July 3rd 2007

The winners will be announced on the Awards at the presentation venue
Sunday 24th August 2008

The Awards were held at the Cornish Arms Hotel on Sunday 12st August.

2006 Victorian/Tasmanian Music Awards

The Awards were held at the Grand Central Hotel on Sunday 31st July, and was filmed by Asylum TV (Channel 31).  It will go to air in late August (exact dates and times to be announced.)
