Feature act: BLUES ARCADIA (DUO)

BLUES ARCADIA is headed by Alan Boyle (vocals) and Chris Harvey (guitar) as the songwriting team behind this award-winning Queensland-based act. Together, they have a rich shared history of performing at venues and festivals around Australia, The UK and Europe. Bringing a fresh and exciting energy to blues and soul music, they picked up an Australian Blues Music Award and an Australian Blues Music Award for their debut EP in 2016. Three years later, their follow-up long-player 'Carnival Of Fools' debut at No. 1 on the Australian Blues & Roots Airplay chart, received 4.5 stars from The Australian and 5 stars from the Courier Mail, with Blues Blast Magazine (US) proclaiming that with them “…the future of blues is secure”.  Their highly anticipated 2nd studio album 'Now or Never' has just been released and Al and Chris' Melbourne stop is part of a National tour. 

Performing their songs as a stripped-back duo, this is a rare and intimate insight into the music they’ve crafted together and the songs that have influenced them through their careers. Not to be missed at MBAS!
