CROSS BONES BOOGIE dares to be different. A dirty little 3-piece band that features nothing but slide guitar, pulsating bass and drums with reinterpretations of classic Delta and Chicago Blues. Original boogie tunes compliment the song list, with a selection that is squarely aimed at the dance floor. If you love the music of Son House, Robert Johnson and Muddy Waters done differently – and if you like something you’ve never heard before, Cross Bones Boogie won’t disappoint. Collective years of gigs from each member of the band gives Cross Bones Boogie an easy, yet fresh feel to every performance. There is a touch of Voodoo in what they do! Cross Bones Boogie is: Chris Tabone on drums (Chris Wilson, Renee Geyer, The Badloves, Chocolate Starfish, The Hornets); Greg Trennery on bass (Phil Para, The Housewreckers, Tramwreck, Scandal) and Garry Allen on slide guitar, vocals and songwriting ( C.W. Stoneking, Gwyn Ashton, Chris Finnen, Tramwreck).
