BLUES JAM NIGHTTROY WILSON is a singer-songwriter from the gates of the Mornington Peninsula, playing roots and blues music with resonator guitars. He is influenced by post and pre-war blues artists including Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters and Sonny Terry, and has played in local band lineups, and most notably as part of the acoustic guitar/harmonica duo, Wilson & White. Troy has performed widely at all kinds of venues and festival events including at the Australian Blues Festival in Goulburn, Blues On Broadbeach, and the St Kilda Blues Festival, just to name a few. This songsmith brings fun and good times as he takes you on a journey through the songs and rhythms of the juke joint blues tradition.
