Anna Scionti is a Melbourne based singer-songwriter, guitarist and slide guitar player. On cigar box guitar, resonator, lap steel and stomp you will be immersed deep into her world of electrified dirty rhythmic Blues.

Anna's uninhibited foot-stomping dirty Blues is honest and raw and in November 2017, her self-titled EP debuted at No.2 on the Australian Blues & Roots Airplay Charts. Five self-penned songs feature her unique sound and style of driving guitar and seductive vocals.

With experience across playing in bands, as a solo artist and as a duo, Anna represented Melbourne as the ‘MBAS Blues Performer of the Year’ with duo ‘Miss Whiskey’ in Memphis, Tennessee at the 2016 International Blues Challenge.

Regular appearances throughout Victoria and interstate include The Blues Train (Queenscliff), The Blues Tram (Bendigo), Echuca-Moama Winter Blues Festival, White Night Melbourne, Australian Blues Music Festival (NSW), Docklands Blues Music Festival, Yackandanda Cigar-Box Guitar Festival, Thredbo Blues Festival (NSW) and Bruthen Blues Festival.

Whether creating catchy rhythms on lap steel, six-string guitar, or on a one, three or four-string cigar box guitar, this Blues woman is one to watch!
