ISEULA HINGANO stands as a sublimely gifted blues, soul and gospel singer possessing a style imbued with deep musicality and bare-faced allure.

Her stellar career as a vocalist and songwriter includes performances at Australia’s biggest blues music festivals and industry events, overseas performances in New Zealand and the USA, a chart topping album on the Australian Blues & Roots charts, as well as a swag of highly coveted awards, including two Chain Awards (Nationwide Blues Music Award), Female Artist of the Year, VIC/TAS 2013 and an honourable mention in the International Songwriting Competition, Nashville TN, USA.

Better known as front woman for Melbourne blues band ‘Blue Eyes Cry,’ Iseula will be launching her solo debut album later. Tonight at the MBAS House of Blues, Iseula performs as a trio – backed by Louise Goh on keyboards, and Andrew Houston on saxophone.
