Feature act: JARROD SHAW

JARROD SHAW’s passion for blues music is unmistakable, from the moment the first note rings. With every performance, he delivers a soulful and authentic blues-inspired show – played with heartfelt conviction.

Born and raised in the countryside of the Macedon Ranges, Jarrod taught himself to play guitar by soaking in the sounds of the renowned blues musicians from a time gone by, as well as the contemporary musicians from the Australian blues scene. Over the years, he has honed his craft through countless gigs and time spent on the road, developing a style that’s distinctly his own.

Blending the intricate rhythms of country-blues fingerstyle guitar with wailing harmonica, and a powerful voice often described as sounding far beyond his years, Jarrod is a one-man powerhouse sure to get your toes tappin’! Jarrod is a welcome, and popular, returning feature act to the MBAS House of Blues. 

6:30pm: Doors & kitchen open for meals 
8:00pm - 8:45pm: Feature act 
9:00pm - 11:00pm: Blues Jam Session

Attendees are encouraged to pre-book for table seating to ensure a place. Please 'BOOK' a single or multiple (Group**) ticket below.

**NOTE: LARGE GROUPS wishing to book (eg greater than 9 attendees seated together), will need to make multiple separate bookings as the system only allows 9 at a time. When making more than one separate booking, to ensure your group is seated together or in close table proximity, please make a note of the name of lead booking person and total numbers in the ‘Preferred Seating’ field (eg John Smith’s table - total 12 attendees).

To assist our kitchen's catering, when booking, please note if you plan to order a meal on the night.

WHILE GUARANTEED TABLE SEATING ALLOCATION FOR THIS EVENT IS CAPPED, ONCE TABLE BOOKINGS ARE EXHAUSTED/CLOSED, WE STILL WELCOME WALKUPS FOR GENERAL ADMISSION NON-ALLOCATED SEATING (IF AVAIL) AND LIMITED STANDING ROOM.
